Coughs, finger snaps and brief sound peaks

Set up the additional sound triggers, each with its own sensitivity.

About this guide

Besides speech and crying, the app can alert you to coughing, finger snaps and brief sound peaks such as claps, impacts or clicks. These settings are available on both the camera phone and the monitor phone. The video shows how to find each trigger, switch it on and adjust its slider.

Each trigger has its own sensitivity control. The guide shows the settings; it does not promise detection of every sound and is not medical monitoring. Sound alerts are not a substitute for adult supervision.

If it does not work

One trigger fires too often

Lower the sensitivity of that trigger only. Every trigger has its own slider.

A trigger never fires

Make sure the trigger is switched on and move its slider toward more alerts.
